Letter to CCA Staff (2018 03 13)

Staff:

     I hope this has been the best school year EVER for you!  I wanted to communicate a decision made by the church governing board at our most recent meeting.  As most of you know, the school board makes most decisions related to the oversight of the school, but the church governing board hires the principal.

     I know that there has been lingering uncertainty related to the principal position, and I also know that having a sense of stability goes a long way for you in the current year and heading into next year.  I am happy to be the one to communicate to you that Jennifer Noble has been hired as the full-time principal going forward.  Mike Farren has been non-communicative, and Jennifer has done an outstanding job this year.  It has been a blessing to see her flourish, and a blessing to see each of you encourage her in her role.

     If you have any questions, I’d be more than happy to answer them or talk with you.  Thank you for all you do for Christ, His Kingdom, and for the families he has placed in your classroom!
